What happens after you submit.

One named recruiter will pick up the request and call you the same business day - or, if it is in the evening, first thing the next morning. We will tell you on that first call whether the request is a good fit and what we think the search will need.

If your spec is already polished, paste it in. If you only have a rough idea of the role, that is fine - the conversation tightens it up.
